  • Boxing Basics

    Monday to Thursday

    5pm to 7pm

    Open to ages 9+

    Our Boxing Basics class is the perfect introduction to the for kids, teens, and adults. This beginner-friendly class focuses on foundational boxing skills including stance, footwork, punches, and defensive movements — all taught in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Participants will build confidence, coordination, and discipline while getting a great workout. Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen the fundamentals, this class is a fun and empowering way to learn the art of boxing at any age.

  • Boxing for Adults

    Tuesday & Thursday

    8 AM to 10 AM

    Start your day strong with our adult-only morning boxing class — a dynamic, energizing workout that combines boxing technique, strength training, and cardio to kickstart your metabolism and sharpen your mind. Designed for all fitness levels, this class offers a balanced mix of skill-building, conditioning, and stress relief in a motivating, no-ego environment. Whether you're looking to improve fitness, learn boxing fundamentals, or simply get moving before the day begins, this class sets the tone for a powerful, productive day.

  • Women's Bootcamp

    Tuesday & Thursday

    7 PM to 8 PM

    This class is taught by one of our female boxing champions, Justine Honsinger.

    Step into your power with our Women’s Boxing Bootcamp — a high-energy, full-body workout designed to build strength, confidence, and endurance in a supportive, empowering environment. This class combines boxing fundamentals, functional strength training, and conditioning circuits to help you burn fat, tone muscle, and boost mental toughness. No experience needed — just show up ready to sweat, punch, and push your limits alongside an incredible community of women. Whether you're here to get fit, relieve stress, or learn a new skill, this bootcamp delivers real results and serious empowerment.

  • Strength and Conditioning for Teams

    This high-intensity private boxing class is specially designed for athletic teams seeking a competitive edge. Tailored to complement any sport, the session blends boxing fundamentals with advanced strength and conditioning techniques to improve overall athleticism, mental focus, endurance, and explosive power. Teams will work through sport-specific drills, pad work, bodyweight circuits, and agility training, all led by an experienced coach who understands the demands of high-level competition. Whether your team needs to sharpen reflexes, build team cohesion, or enhance physical conditioning, this boxing-based training delivers results that translate directly to performance on the field, court, or ice.
